The GUIDE Program is a new initiative created to support families caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia.
Here’s what you can receive through GUIDE:
- 72 Free Hours of in-home care each month
- One-on-one coaching and education for family caregivers
- Access to nurses and resources
- Respite care to give families a much-needed break
